The Junior Springfield 413 Elite is a youth basketball team led by the Springfield 413 Elite Professional team staff. Our mission is to teach the fundamentals of basketball and increase the Basketball IQ of our participants. Our off the court initiative is to mentor our young men, in hopes to increase their community involvement in becoming model citizens through sports and mentoring efforts. The objective is to develop each participants skill in basketball through physical play, individual positional-skills training, and film sessions that promote a respect for the game
