The 413 Elite Professional Basketball team, announced that the 2024 Player Combine will be held on August 3 – 4th at Carew St. Boys & Girls Club in Springfield, MA. Prospective players will be charged a tryout fee of $100. This will allow players to attend all three tryout sessions. The team is expecting athletes to apply, and the first 20 will be guaranteed a tryout spot. Selected players from the combine will be invited to sign a professional contract for the upcoming ABA basketball season.
The 413 ELITE is a proud member of the American Basketball Association, and a Professional basketball club in Springfield, Massachusetts. The city holds the title for being the Birthplace of Basketball, and home to the Basketball Hall of Fame. Springfield 413 ELITE are apart of the Northeast Division, alongside teams in Boston, Providence, New York, Long Island, New Jersey, and Canada.
The 413 Elite will be known for their exciting, high-tempo style of basketball, and player development. “We have assembled a board that embraces different disciplines with expertise in all areas. We are a mixed group of individuals who have played the game at different levels, coached the game at high levels, and managed multiple sporting events,” stated Team Owner Charles Evans. “We want the prospects to go through the process and see if they have what it takes to call themselves Elite.”
