413 Elite secures the win over the 518 Ballers at home for final regular season home game!
On February 24, 2024, the 413 Elite went head-to-head with the 518 Ballers in Springfield, MA for their final home game of the regular season as members of the American Basketball Association.
The 518 Ballers, who the 413 Elite played and bested in their first meeting in Albany NY, and the proved to be worthy competitors, but trailed behind the Elite for the entire game. The Elite kept their lead until the end and finished the game with 156 points and the 518 Ballers came in at 129 points. The Elite players played well have 7 players in double figures, and also finishing with Double Doubles.
The Player of the Game, sponsored by Springfield Stretching and Massage Therapy, was #12, Jerry “J-Buckets” Buchanon, who scored 45 points, stole the ball 10 times, snagged 6 rebounds, and participated in 3 assists.
413 Elite had seven players in double figures for the game. Mikey Pettway, who scored 19 points and had 10 assists, followed by Earl Hall, who scored 18 points and 10 rebounds, followed by Charles Jackson’s Double Double with 14 points and 11 assists, followed by Robbie Jones’s Double Double with 13 points and 12 assists, followed by Kamari Robinson who scored 10 points and 10 Rebounds, and Joe Meade who rounded our double figure scorers with 10 points and pulled down a game high 15 rebounds.
Entering the last game of the regular season this coming Saturday March 2nd, the 413 Elite is ready to take on the NY Hoop Dragons away in Long Island NY.
