Springfield, MA – September 9, 2024 – The 413 Elite Professional Basketball Team has been honored with a Proclamation from the City Councilors, a Mayoral Citation, and a State Citation in recognition of their historic victory as the first team from Springfield, MA, to win an international championship in Bayamón, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
